  • Job Portal Management: Oversee postings on all partner job boards, monitor application inflow, and conduct preliminary screening to ensure only the most suitable candidates advance.

Essential Qualifications

  • Demonstrated proactivity and a strong ability to work collaboratively within a distributed team.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring data integrity in all entry and reporting tasks.
  • Minimum of 1 + year of relevant experience in data entry, recruitment support, or a similar administrative role (experience is a plus, not a strict requirement).
