Role Overview

arenaflex is seeking a dedicated Remote Data Entry Specialist to become an integral member of its data management team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and verifying large volumes of information across multiple internal systems. Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & Verification

  • Accurately input data into designated arenaflex platforms, maintaining a minimum error rate of 99.5%.
  • Perform real‑time verification of entered data against source documents to ensure completeness and correctness.
  • Utilize standardized templates and guidelines to guarantee consistency across all data sets.

Quality Assurance & Auditing

  • Conduct routine data quality checks, flagging discrepancies and initiating corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to develop and refine audit procedures.
  • Document findings and generate concise reports that highlight trends, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams—including inventory, merchandising, and customer service—to resolve data‑related inquiries.
  • Participate in virtual stand‑up meetings, providing status updates and sharing insights on data integrity challenges.
  • Maintain clear, professional communication channels with supervisors and peers, ensuring alignment on priorities and deadlines.

Data Management & Organization

  • Organize large data sets using logical folder structures and naming conventions.
  • Implement version control practices to safeguard against data loss or duplication.
  • Assist in the migration of legacy data to new arenaflex systems, adhering to migration timelines and quality standards.

Security & Confidentiality

  • Uphold strict data security protocols, handling sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.

  • Report any suspected security breaches or policy violations immediately to the appropriate authority.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) as a Data Entry Specialist, Data Clerk, or in a comparable role where accuracy and speed were critical.
  • Exceptional typing proficiency—at least 70 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with data entry software or ERP systems.
