Regional Sales Manager Company: Rieke LLC Primary Location: 500 W 7th Street, Auburn, IN 46706 USA Workplace Type: Remote Employment Type: Salaried | Full-Time Function: Sales Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled Main Duties & Responsibilities Position Summary: Our team is seeking a fully remote Sales Manager to seed and develop the North America marketplace on the East Coast, with a focus on distribution accounts, by leveraging existing relationships as well as emerging customers and prospects. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for key objectives including strategic planning, sales management, and prospecting new clients to support the continued growth of the organization. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Management and growth of assigned accounts and prospects (Pipeline management, growth plan, CRM, Trade Shows, Reports, Inventory, Receivables, etc.) Independently generate new leads and opportunities through industry/market/client knowledge. Performs sales activities within a geographic territory and negotiates sales pricing and discounts in consultation with the Director of Sales. Responsible for specified growth targets in their assigned territory/target markets with new and existing customers. Maintain and update the pipeline tool regularly to show opportunity evolution to the award stage. Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products related to relevant sales areas. Adhere to all sales policies practices and procedures. Deploy sales strategies to improve market share in area of responsibility. Provide input to the Director of Sales for the development of realistic forecasts by customer and product based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy, and sales effort. Provide input into developing sales objectives and expected sales volumes (new and existing customers and products). Cold calls, taking customer calls, and email inquiries and providing feedback to internal and external customers. Develop travel plans and meetings that maximize selling time within the various markets. Ensure issues and concerns are fully documented, communicated, and resolved. Demonstrate professionalism and timeliness in handling complex customer situations. Collaborate with other employees by providing important customer feedback, process improvement suggestions, and new product opportunities. Continuous improvement on acquiring/managing/monitoring assigned region intelligence such as pricing, products, new product design offerings, delivery schedules, service, marketing techniques, etc to ensure overall success. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies/trade associations. Qualifications

Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field 5 years experience working within a multi-national company. 5 -8 years’ experience working in a manufacturing industry, market knowledge, providing input into budgets and forecasting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to plan, work, and develop opportunities independently. Demonstrated success at closing business opportunities through the solution-selling process. Ability to deliver dynamic but succinct sales presentations. Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM. Ability to travel (60 to 70%) and maximize customer visits on sales trips. Strong organization and analytical skills Must be comfortable and experienced in using pipeline management systems. Ability to deal with conflict and challenge. Strong business acumen Familiar with customized packaging.
