Position Overview – Service Advocate (Remote)

The Service Advocate – Operations – Work From Home role at arenaflex is a unique opportunity for motivated young adults (16 years and older) to join a dynamic, member‑focused team from the comfort of their own home. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct inbound and outbound calls to members who may benefit from scheduled health services, screenings, vaccinations, or medication refills.

  • Utilize persuasive communication techniques to close care gaps, educate members on available benefits, and promote preventive health actions.
