About arenaflex

arenaflex is a leading global airline that connects millions of passengers to the places and experiences that matter most. With a reputation built on friendly service, reliable operations, and affordable fares, arenaflex continually invests in innovative technology and data‑driven decision making to keep its network humming smoothly. As part of its commitment to a culture of continuous learning and inclusive growth, arenaflex offers flexible, remote opportunities that empower talented professionals to make a tangible impact from anywhere in the United States.

Why This Role Matters

The Senior Real Estate Data Analyst position sits at the strategic heart of arenaflex’s Real Estate Analytics Team. In this role you will translate raw property and airport data into actionable insights that guide facility planning, airport staffing, and long‑term capital investment decisions. Your analyses will directly influence how arenaflex optimizes its airport footprints, corporate campuses, and overall operational efficiency—helping the airline stay competitive while delivering the low‑cost, high‑service promise that passengers expect.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Leadership: Lead end‑to‑end data collection, cleansing, and validation processes for airport and corporate real‑estate datasets, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all reporting layers.
  • Strategic Analysis: Conduct deep‑dive analyses to identify cost‑saving opportunities, such as optimizing airport lease allocations, staffing ratios, and facility utilization rates.
  • Tool Development & Maintenance: Design, build, and maintain the Real Estate analytics toolbox—including data models, workflow templates, and access‑control frameworks—to streamline reporting for internal stakeholders.
  • Insight Delivery: Translate complex data sets into clear, visual dashboards and executive‑level presentations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization platforms.
  • Collaboration & Mentorship: Partner with cross‑functional teams—including Corporate Facilities, Airport Operations, and Finance—to understand business needs and provide data‑driven recommendations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps in existing analytics processes, propose enhancements, and champion best‑practice methodologies for data governance and reporting.
  • Education & Enablement: Conduct training sessions for internal customers on new reporting tools, data interpretation techniques, and analytical best practices.
  • Ad‑hoc Projects: Support leadership with special projects, rapid‑response analyses, and any additional duties as directed by managers.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required; additional coursework or certifications in data analytics, statistics, or related fields is a plus.
  • Minimum 3‑5 years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within real‑estate, facilities management, or aviation environments.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting while delivering high‑quality results on schedule.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, VBA) and Microsoft Access for database queries.
  • Demonstrated experience with data‑visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
  • Solid understanding of SQL and data‑transformation platforms (e.g., Alteryx) for extracting and shaping large data sets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings to senior leadership in a clear, concise manner.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience with statistical programming languages such as Python or R for advanced analytics.
  • Background in real‑estate portfolio analysis, lease administration, or airport operations.
  • Familiarity with enterprise‑wide data governance standards and financial modeling techniques.
  • Track record of developing automated reporting solutions that reduce manual effort and improve data reliability.
  • Ability to anticipate business challenges, propose proactive solutions, and influence decision‑making across multiple functional areas.

Core Competencies for Success

  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to dissect complex data sets, identify trends, and generate actionable recommendations.
  • Problem Solving: Proactive mindset that anticipates obstacles and devises innovative work‑arounds without extensive supervision.
  • Collaboration: Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, sharing knowledge and supporting peers.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data integrity, ensuring that every report is accurate and reliable.
  • Time Management: Skillful at juggling multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and adapting to shifting business needs.
  • Communication: Clear, persuasive storytelling with data, tailored to audiences ranging from technical analysts to C‑suite executives.

  • Opportunities to lead cross‑functional projects that expand your influence beyond the Real Estate Analytics Team.
  • Regular webinars and workshops on emerging analytics techniques, cloud data platforms, and industry‑specific trends.
  • A clear promotion pathway toward Lead Analyst, Analytics Manager, or Director of Real Estate Strategy.
