Position Overview

We are seeking a meticulous Data and Analytics Consultant – Health Insurance Data Entry Specialist to join our Medicaid Coordination of Benefits (COB) team in California. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of critical insurance carrier data, supporting the COB team through detailed data analysis, and maintaining the integrity of our claims processing systems. This is a full‑time, 8‑hour‑per‑day position offering a competitive salary range of $70,000‑$80,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, validate, and maintain Medicaid COB data within the arenaxnt QNXT system and related SQL Server databases.
  • Perform data quality checks, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including claims, underwriting, and IT—to streamline data flows and improve system efficiency.
  • Generate regular reports on data accuracy, processing times, and exception trends for senior leadership review.
  • Assist in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data entry and validation processes.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior data entry staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Participate in special projects aimed at enhancing data governance, automation, and analytics capabilities.
