Position Overview

As a Bilingual French‑English Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the front‑line voice for our clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, as well as digital interactions. You will provide knowledgeable, friendly assistance, resolve routine technical issues, and guide customers through product inquiries—all while working from a quiet, distraction‑free home office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high‑quality, bilingual (French/English) customer support using a structured call‑flow guide.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical problems related to smart devices, tablets, computers, and portable equipment.
  • Document and update customer interactions accurately in our internal databases.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge of client offerings, including smart phones, tablets, laptops, and related services.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 + year of experience in a customer service or support role.
  • Fluent proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Reliable, quiet home workspace free from distractions.
  • Strong computer navigation skills and a solid understanding of basic hardware and software concepts.
  • Fast, accurate typing and multitasking abilities.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving processes.
  • Personal desktop or laptop capable of running PC and internet‑based applications; a high‑speed wired internet connection (no Wi‑Fi hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone for testing.
