Scheduler/Administrative Assistant
Apogee Health Solutions is a medical practice with providers providing testing in the home setting as well as through tele-medicine. Overall Function: As part of the Apogee Health Solutions team you will work collaboratively with our primary office and field providers to maintain and ensure that patient care is being delivered appropriately and consistently. Daily goals:
- Answering and directing multiple phone lines.
- Calling and scheduling patients and providers working in the field.
- Updating and maintaining appointment records, processing paperwork and data entry.
- Printing, faxing, filing, shredding.
- Actively communicating between team members.
- meet schedules and deadlines on assignments with minimal supervision.
- Promotes respect and professionalism within the workplace.
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
Other duties as assigned. Must have excellent interpersonal skills, professional demeanor and positive attitude. Need to be proficient in Word, and Excel. Must be self-motivated, flexible and a problem-solver. Phone skills/etiquette vital. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Medical background preferred but not necessary. Bilingual (English & Spanish required). Job Types: Part-time Job Type: Part-time Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour Benefits:
