With over 30 years of industry experience in Asia, Repit brings advanced Korean hair technology, professional education, and high quality haircare products to salons, stylists, distributors, and everyday customers. Our product line includes professional shampoos, treatments, perm solutions, styling products, and advanced hot tools designed for both salon professionals and consumers. We work closely with educators, stylists, salons, beauty distributors, and Korean beauty professionals to build a stronger bridge between the Korean and U.S. beauty markets. As a small and growing team, Repit USA offers the ability to grow across e-commerce, Amazon, Shopify, brand marketing, product education, events, and daily business operations. This role is a strong fit for someone who has an interest in the beauty space and use their existing experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online branding to help build Repit USA’s online presence. We are looking for someone who is flexible, organized, and excited to be part of a brand that is still building its presence in the U.S. This is not a large corporate environment where every task is already mapped out. The right person should be comfortable learning as they go, helping solve problems, and contributing ideas as Repit USA continues to grow.

Responsibilities

  • Support and improve Repit USA’s Amazon store, including Brand Store pages, ASIN pages, A+ Content, product descriptions, images, keywords, and listing updates.
  • Assist with Amazon advertising, including basic PPC campaign setup, keyword tracking, budget monitoring, and performance reporting.
  • Help update and improve the Repit USA website and Shopify product pages to increase traffic, sales, and customer trust.
  • Track online store performance, including sales, traffic, conversion rate, ad spend, reviews, and product ranking.
  • Work with the team to create online promotions, product launches, content ideas, and brand-building campaigns.
  • Support day-to-day e-commerce tasks such as product uploads, pricing updates, inventory coordination, customer questions, and marketplace issue tracking.
  • Help organize product photos, videos, descriptions, and marketing assets for Amazon, Shopify, social media, and sales materials.

Qualifications

  • Entry-level candidate with interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, Amazon, beauty, or consumer products.
  • Basic understanding of Amazon, Shopify, digital ads, social media, or online brand building.
  • Strong writing skills for product descriptions, bullet points, captions, and customer-facing content.
  • Comfortable using data to track sales, traffic, ads, and online performance.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple product updates and deadlines.
  • Willing to learn Amazon Seller Central, Brand Store, A+ Content, PPC ads, Shopify, and beauty industry product knowledge.
  • Able to work in a small team environment where priorities can change quickly.
  • Beauty, haircare, Amazon, Shopify, or Korean brand experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Korean bilingual ability is a plus, but not required.

Pay Pay & Benefits This role pays $23–$25 per hour, based on experience. Performance-based bonuses may also be available depending on individual results, e-commerce growth, Amazon performance, and overall company goals.
