Key Responsibilities

As an Airline Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our international airline clients, ensuring a seamless travel experience
  • Rotating through various areas within the airport, including check-in counter, lobby area, departure gate, customs, arrivals, and other areas
  • Effectively navigating through various challenges and flight activities to ensure on-time performance
  • Professionally interacting with high-profile passengers, port authorities, crew members, and airline personnel
  • Partnering with our teams to ensure a safe and secure travel experience Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need
  • At least 18 years of age, high school graduate or G.E.D equivalent
  • Ability to obtain security clearance from US Customs and Border Protection, which requires valid proof of citizenship or authorized residency
  • English proficiency, with other languages a plus
  • Computer savvy and ability to adapt quickly to unforeseen situations
  • Effective communication skills and good listening skills
