Technical Data Reviewer

We’re looking for a Technical Data Reviewer who’s excited to support data accuracy, organization, and accessibility across our engineering and operations teams. In this role, you’ll help maintain up-to-date technical records, including test reports, assist with data entry and analysis, and ensure critical information flows smoothly to support project planning, execution, and reporting. What You’ll Do: Collaborate with engineering, operations, and IT teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date test reports. Maintain databases, systems, and tools for efficient data storage and retrieval. Analyze technical data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvements. Ensure compliance with data governance policies, security standards, and industry regulations. Train and support team members on proper data handling and system usage. Lead efforts to digitize and modernize data management practices. Support client reporting and documentation needs with timely and accurate data delivery. Serve as the primary point of contact for audits and reviews related to technical data. Additional administrative responsibilities as needed. The Experience We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, data science, information management, computer science, or a related technical field. At least 3-5 years of experience in technical data management, database administration, or a similar role, preferably in the utilities, industrial, or critical infrastructure sectors. Proficiency in data management systems, software tools (e.g., SQL, SAP, or similar), Microsoft Office Suite, and data visualization platforms (e.g., PowerDb). Strong understanding of technical documentation, schematics, equipment specifications, and industry best practices for data governance and security. Familiarity with relevant standards and regulations (e.g., NERC CIP, OSHA, or ISO standards). Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a strong customer focus and the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences. Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills, demonstrating a capacity for managing multiple priorities and driving project success.
