Role Overview AIM Inc is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central / Benefits Functional Lead to drive the modernization of our HR technology landscape. In this role, you will lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SuccessFactors modules, transitioning us from legacy systems to a streamlined, automated, and employee-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities

Module Implementation: Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Benefits modules. Process Automation: Streamline HR processes by automating position management, concurrent employment, and contingent workforce administration. Standardization: Drive process standardization and optimization using SuccessFactors fit-to-standard principles. Self-Service Enablement: Design and deploy robust employee and manager self-service (ESS/MSS) capabilities to empower the workforce. Data Migration: Oversee migration from legacy HR systems, ensuring rigorous validation, reconciliation, and data integrity. System Integration: Ensure seamless integration between SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, and other downstream/related systems. Knowledge Transfer: Facilitate comprehensive knowledge transfer and upskilling for City IT and HRIS staff to ensure long-term operational success. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Proven track record as a Functional Lead on multiple SAP SuccessFactors implementations (Employee Central and Benefits preferred). Deep expertise in SuccessFactors fit-to-standard methodology and configuration. Strong experience handling complex data migrations and S/4HANA integrations. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to train, mentor, and transfer knowledge effectively. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, HR Systems, or related field (preferred). Relevant SAP SuccessFactors certifications are a plus.
