Key Responsibilities

  • Answer a high volume of inbound phone calls and live chat messages with professionalism and empathy.

  • Investigate and resolve complex issues related to online orders, payments, and deliveries, escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Offer appropriate compensation or goodwill gestures in accordance with arenaflex policies, maintaining a balance between customer satisfaction and company guidelines.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between arenaflex.com customers, vendors, fulfillment, and logistics teams to coordinate solutions.

  • Participate in ongoing training sessions, including a 14‑day e‑commerce Customer Service Specialist certification program.
  • Maintain flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and split days, to meet the demands of a 24/7 operation.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED acceptable with relevant experience.
  • Certification: Completion of arenaflex’s 14‑day e‑commerce Customer Service Specialist training program.
  • Experience: Prior customer service or call‑center experience is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with computer systems, ability to type at least 30 words per minute, and comfort using multiple software platforms concurrently.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey information clearly and courteously.
  • Problem‑Solving: Demonstrated ability to think analytically, make decisions under pressure, and take ownership of issues.
