Position Overview

arenaflex is seeking an exceptional Customer Service Representative to join our Body Fix Program team. In this vital role, you'll become an ambassador of our brand by providing exceptional support to our Body Shop operations and maintaining the high standards that our customers have come to expect from arenaflex. This position offers the unique opportunity to work within one of the most innovative vehicle brands in the world while making a tangible difference in our customers' experiences.

You'll serve as the crucial link between Client Guarantee Technicians and our Body Shop operations, ensuring that every vehicle repair process meets arenaflex's rigorous standards for quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Your role as a Customer Service Representative in arenaflex's Body Fix Program will encompass a diverse range of responsibilities, each critical to our operational excellence and customer satisfaction:

  • Work Planning Support - Assist in coordinating and scheduling work flow to ensure efficient operations across all Body Shop activities
  • Interdepartmental Communication - Serve as the primary communication channel between Client Guarantee Technicians and the Body Shop team
  • Vehicle Appearance Coordination - Oversee and coordinate all vehicle appearance requirements to maintain arenaflex's premium standards
  • Customer Relations - Handle customer communications with professionalism and empathy, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns effectively
  • Vehicle Documentation - Prepare and maintain accurate vehicle documentation throughout the repair process
  • Supply Management - Coordinate reordering of materials and supplies needed for repair operations
  • Repair Oversight - Monitor repair progress and ensure quality standards are met throughout the process
  • Delivery Coordination - Oversee final vehicle delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and brand standards

Qualifications & Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions precisely and consistently
