Job Description

• Prepare and manage cost proposals, estimates, project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics
• Build and maintain detailed project schedules; identify critical path activities, risks, and mitigation strategies
• Coordinate resource planning and workload allocation across single-discipline engineering teams
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for clients, managing communication, expectations, and ongoing relationships

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a reputed company field
• PMP certification required
• 7 or more years of experience in project management, engineering consulting, project controls, or utility-reputed company work (equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will be considered)
• Demonstrated ability to manage engineering projects independently, preferably reputed company the utility sector
• Experience with scope development, cost proposals, scheduling, budget control, resource planning, risk management, and procurement coordination
