Fractional CFO for Strategic Growth & Margin Optimization
Job Summary As we scale operations and expand into new markets, we are seeking a strategic financial leader to help optimize profitability, improve operational efficiency, and guide our next phase of growth. We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to partner directly with ownership and leadership. This role will focus on analyzing employee-level profitability, improving margins, and building scalable financial systems to support growth—including evaluating remote workforce strategies.
Responsibilities
- Profitability & Margin Analysis - review margins on existing employees and service lines and make recommendations for changes to be made
- Identify areas where margins are low or negative and recommend corrective actions
- Develop KPIs and reporting dashboards to track performance in real time
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Advise ownership on growth strategies, including expansion into new offices or service lines
- Assist in pricing strategy and fee optimization
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives including tracking production, profitability, and cost management strategies.
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour Education:
