Position Overview – Why This Role Matters

We are seeking an experienced GRC professional to join our Cybersecurity Crew as a Data Entry Specialist. In this role, you will be the backbone of our Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM) and internal compliance processes, ensuring that all risk‑related data is accurately captured, validated, and reported. Key Responsibilities

• Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM) Data Coordination: Receive, validate, and log incoming risk assessment requests from internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Questionnaire Administration: Distribute due‑diligence questionnaires, review completed responses for completeness, and identify gaps or red flags.
• Findings Documentation: Record assessment findings, remediation plans, and status updates in arenaflex’s risk management platform.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business owners, legal, procurement, and security teams to clarify scope, gather additional information, and ensure alignment on risk decisions.
• Reporting & Review: Draft and review risk assessment reports, ensuring they meet internal standards and are ready for executive sign‑off.
• Continuous Monitoring: Track the lifecycle of third‑party engagements, update risk registers, and close out completed assessments.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data entry workflows, enhance data quality, and reduce turnaround time.
• Compliance Maintenance: Support the upkeep of ISO 27001, SOC 2, SSAE 18, and other relevant compliance frameworks by ensuring accurate data capture and documentation.

• Regulatory Vigilance: Stay current on evolving regulations, industry standards, and best practices to proactively advise the GRC team.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in third‑party risk management, data security, audit, or compliance tracking.
• Demonstrated expertise with GRC tools and platforms (e.g., ServiceNow GRC, RSA Archer, or similar).
• Strong understanding of ISO 27001, SOC 2, SSAE 16/18, and other security frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage large volumes of data with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical risk concepts into clear business language.
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, CISSP are highly preferred.
• Experience with AI/ML‑driven risk analytics is a plus.
