Position Overview

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, enthusiastic Data Entry Specialist – Call Support & Customer Assistance to become an integral part of arenaflex’s remote operations. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our subscribers, ensuring that every interaction is handled with precision, empathy, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain subscriber data across multiple internal systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy standards.
  • Provide real‑time call support to customers, addressing inquiries related to account access, billing, streaming issues, and content recommendations.
  • Document each customer interaction in the CRM, capturing essential details that enable cross‑functional teams to improve service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal partners—including Content, Marketing, Product, and Technical Support—to resolve complex issues and relay critical feedback.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in data entry, customer support, or related roles within the media, entertainment, or technology sectors.
