Freelance UI/UX Designer (Figma) – Short-Term Contract
Project Overview Xoriant is looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to support the creation of website designs in Figma for an ongoing corporate website initiative. The ideal candidate should be able to quickly translate content requirements and existing brand guidelines into high-quality, user-friendly, and visually consistent designs.
Responsibilities
Design responsive website pages and components in Figma based on provided content, references, and brand guidelines. Maintain consistency with the existing website design system and visual identity. Create clean, modern, and intuitive user experiences suitable for a B2B audience. Develop reusable components and adhere to Figma best practices. Incorporate stakeholder feedback and iterate on designs efficiently. Prepare developer-friendly Figma files, including clear annotations and organized layers. Collaborate closely with the internal marketing and development teams to ensure smooth handoff.
Requirements
Must Have 3–5+ years of experience in UI/UX design. Strong expertise in Figma. Experience designing corporate/B2B websites. Understanding of responsive web design principles. Ability to work within existing brand guidelines and design systems. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills. Good to Have Experience creating design systems and reusable component libraries. Understanding of accessibility best practices. Basic knowledge of front-end development constraints to facilitate smoother developer handoff. Experience working with technology or enterprise brands. Engagement Details Project Start: Immediate Preferred Overlap: Availability for daily coordination in IST. Delivery Expectations The designer will receive requirements and content on an ongoing basis. The expectation is to deliver approximately 2 completed Figma designs per day, depending on complexity. Designs should be developer-ready and shared for implementation immediately after approval. Quick turnaround on revisions and stakeholder feedback is essential.
