Key Responsibilities
As an Entry-Level Remote Chat Operator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for
- Providing exceptional customer support through live chat on our clients' websites and social media accounts
- Responding to incoming customer support questions and sales inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Following provided scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy in your responses
- Working independently to manage your workload and meet performance targets
- Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions What You'll Need To succeed in this role, you'll need
- A device with reliable internet access (phone, tablet, or laptop)
- The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Strong communication and typing skills
- The ability to follow provided steps and instructions closely
- A minimum of 10 hours availability per week
