Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound residential and commercial calls, emails, and chat messages, providing accurate information on service scheduling, billing, and payment processing.

  • Maintain a “one‑call resolution” mindset, leveraging all available tools and resources to resolve customer concerns efficiently.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; additional post‑secondary education is a plus.
  • 1–2 years of combined experience in sales and customer service, preferably in a remote or call‑center environment.
  • Proficiency with computer technology, including basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and Microsoft Windows.
  • Typing speed of at least 25 wpm; strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average handle time, first‑call resolution, and sales conversion rates.
