Position Overview

This full‑time, work‑from‑home opportunity is scheduled from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday. You will join a dedicated team of remote agents who support energy customers in the Lansing, Michigan area (candidates must reside within a 20‑mile radius of Lansing). Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls with a courteous, solution‑focused approach.
  • Accurately capture customer information, orders, and service requests using arenaflex’s proprietary CRM platform.
  • Provide timely issue resolution, including troubleshooting billing discrepancies, service interruptions, and account updates.
  • Perform back‑office processing tasks such as data entry, order verification, and documentation of call outcomes.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge regarding energy services, rates, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including technical support, billing, and compliance—to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Adhere to all security, privacy, and compliance standards, including successful completion of background checks and drug screenings.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as average handle time, first‑call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in a call‑center, customer service, or related environment.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and web‑based applications.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection (Wi‑Fi) and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
  • Ability to type at least 40 words per minute with high accuracy.
