Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately register and process client transactions within arenaflex’s proprietary digital platform, ensuring efficiency and accuracy at all times.
  • Deliver a consistently exceptional client experience by greeting customers, offering product and service guidance, and addressing inquiries with professionalism and care.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and thoroughly, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression and reinforces arenaflex’s reputation for excellence.
  • Model and share best practices in client service with team members to maintain a unified, high-quality experience across all touchpoints.
  • Provide friendly, courteous, and efficient service to clients via virtual communication channels including chat, email, and phone.
  • Recommend products, services, and complementary offerings to clients based on their needs and preferences.
  • Process client purchases, handle voids, returns, exchanges, refunds, and other adjustments in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate digital records, inventory logs, and organizational systems to support smooth operational flow.
  • Execute organizational asset security protocols to identify and minimize potential losses.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable state and local regulations regarding managed or restricted products.
  • Build, update, and maintain digital product displays, promotional content, seasonal offerings, and special sale materials as directed.
  • Assist with the categorization and organization of inventory items, ensuring proper rotation and timely restocking of products.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of company systems, tools, and equipment to perform tasks effectively and independently.
  • Support the digital photo and media services team by assisting with online order fulfillment, order processing, and customer delivery coordination.
