Head of Marketing & Growth Reports to: President Location: Remote About RPM Healthcare RPM Healthcare partners with physician practices, health systems, and self-insured employers to deliver scalable care management programs that improve outcomes, increase patient engagement, and generate measurable financial results. Our solutions include Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), care coordination, weight management, and population health programs. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a marketing leader who can help elevate our brand, generate demand, support sales growth, and build a scalable marketing function. The Role This is a hands-on leadership role. We are looking for a builder. Someone who enjoys both strategy and execution. Someone who can generate demand, strengthen our brand, support sales, improve our market presence, and help shape the future of our marketing organization. This is not a role for someone who wants to manage a large team. This is a role for someone who wants to build one. You will be responsible for driving growth, improving brand awareness, supporting business development efforts, strengthening marketing systems, and helping RPM Healthcare stand out in a crowded healthcare marketplace. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to contribute to pipeline growth, strengthen the RPM Healthcare brand, and create scalable marketing processes that support company growth.
What You'll Do
Growth & Demand GenerationOwn and execute RPM Healthcare's growth marketing strategy Develop campaigns that generate qualified opportunities for physician practices, health systems, and self-insured employers Partner closely with sales leadership to support pipeline generation and revenue growth Build lead nurturing programs that move prospects from awareness to opportunity Develop account-based marketing initiatives for strategic target accounts Create campaigns around conferences, webinars, direct mail, email, digital advertising, and outbound initiatives Improve lead conversion performance across the funnel Brand & Market PositioningLead the ongoing evolution of the RPM Healthcare brand Improve website messaging, positioning, and user experience Strengthen RPM's market presence through thought leadership, content, PR, and industry visibility Ensure consistent messaging across all channels and customer touchpoints Help define how RPM Healthcare is positioned against competitors Sales EnablementCreate presentations, case studies, one-pagers, videos, and sales collateral Support executive presentations and conference opportunities Partner with sales to create targeted campaigns and outreach initiatives Build marketing programs that directly support revenue generation Marketing OperationsWork closely with the team to improve HubSpot utilization, automation, reporting, and campaign execution Establish KPIs, reporting processes, and performance dashboards Manage marketing budgets, contractors, agencies, and external vendors Continuously evaluate marketing effectiveness and ROI What We're Looking For5+ years of marketing experience with increasing levels of responsibility Proven experience supporting revenue growth through marketing initiatives Strong understanding of demand generation, branding, content strategy, and sales enablement Experience working closely with sales organizations Ability to operate as both strategist and executor Strong project management and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial organization Preferred ExperienceHealthcare, healthcare technology, or digital health HubSpot ZoomInfo LinkedIn Advertising Google Ads Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Marketing automation Brand development B2B healthcare marketing Population health, RPM, CCM, or value-based care
Compensation
