In this role, you will help shape the future of patient-centric software products, data platforms, and digital solutions that support researchers, healthcare providers, sponsors, and patients around the globe. You will work at the intersection of customer needs, data-driven decision making, healthcare innovation, and software development—partnering with engineering, UX, data, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver products that create measurable impact.

Competitive salary with annual bonus target based on company and individual performance Comprehensive onboarding program Comprehensive benefits package Opportunity to contribute to products that accelerate clinical research and improve patient outcomes worldwide Collaborative global environment with opportunities to work across multiple healthcare technology domains What You'll Be Doing Define and execute product strategies that address customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives Drive product discovery activities, including customer research, user interviews, workflow analysis, and market assessments Develop and manage product roadmaps, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, regulatory requirements, and business priorities Partner closely with engineering, UX, data, operations, and commercial teams to deliver impactful software solutions Translate complex healthcare, clinical, and technical workflows into intuitive product experiences Define product requirements, success metrics, and reporting frameworks to measure product performance and customer outcomes Support development of data-driven products, reporting solutions, analytics platforms, and customer insights capabilities Gather, analyze, and synthesize customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to inform product decisions Communicate product vision, priorities, and outcomes to stakeholders across all levels of the organization Help shape innovative solutions leveraging emerging technologies, including AI-enabled capabilities, automation, and advanced analytics What We Look For Experience leading software products through the full product lifecycle, from discovery through launch and continuous improvement Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment among diverse stakeholder groups Experience working with data-rich products, reporting platforms, analytics solutions, or enterprise software applications Strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for solving real-world user problems Ability to make informed decisions in complex and ambiguous environments Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills Experience working in healthcare technology, life sciences, clinical research, medical devices, diagnostics, or other regulated industries is highly valued Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as GCP, GMP, 21 CFR Part 11, ISO 13485, HIPAA, or similar compliance environments is considered an asset Technical aptitude with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and data teams Experience with Agile product development methodologies Fluency in English and ability to collaborate effectively across global teams Eligibility to work remotely in Canada, with preference for Eastern Time Zone alignment At Clario, our purpose is to transform lives by unlocking better evidence.
