Our tech stacks are Python, Django, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, and Redis. Examples of tasks: implementation of regulatory and compliance requirements, integration with government platforms and reporting services, development of KYC and customer verification processes, responsible gambling features, risk management solutions, and other business-critical platform capabilities. Your expertise to meet the requirement: Commercial development experience 5+ years (with hands on coding on your own, even without without AI tools) Excellent knowledge in Python 3.x and Django Experience in the design and development of complex highly-loaded systems Excellent knowledge of general programming issues: design patterns, data structures, and algorithms Native proficiency or fluent in Russian language Upper intermediate or intermediate proficiency in English language Will be a plus: Experience with SQL and NoSQL DBs, and understanding of the key features of each of them Experience in iGaming, KYC, compliance, or other regulated domains Your key responsibilities include: Make architectural decisions for product backend Implement design, develop backend and write tests Monitor trouble proof operation of production Monitor performance, and optimize wherever necessary We appreciate: Ability to quickly and efficiently solve tasks Independence, responsibility, initiative, and keep attention to detail A flexible and systematic approach to solving complex problems Right perfectionism Ability to decompose large tasks
