[Remote] Energy Analyst

They are seeking a detail-oriented Energy Analyst to support internal operations, analytics, and documentation efforts, with a focus on improving team performance through data tracking and process standardization.
Responsibilities
- Support KPI tracking and reporting by developing and maintaining dashboards in Power BI or similar tools
- Perform data analysis using Excel and other reporting platforms to monitor team performance and peer review processes
- Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining process documentation and manuals, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Help coordinate and schedule training sessions, and contribute to the development of training materials
- Provide general support across projects, including quality assurance, documentation, and low-complexity project work (e.g., tune-ups, lighting reviews)
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time and aligned with operational standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and supporting enhancement efforts
Skills

- Entry-level candidates with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply
- Proficiency or interest in learning Power BI and Smartsheet (not required to be a subject matter expert)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and data organization
- A demonstrated interest in process improvement, documentation, and analytics
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations
