Account Manager
EF is a global leader in international educational programs, and they are seeking an Entry-Level Account Manager to support Group Coordinators in managing group trips. The role involves building relationships, providing detailed information, and ensuring a smooth travel experience for customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage & grow group trips within your own book of business by building a repeat sales pipeline and addressing pre-departure questions
- Build your repeat sales pipeline by utilizing the sales process to encourage Group Coordinators to set up future tours & leveraging recruitment best practices to increase their group size
- Set correct expectations by providing detailed information to travelers to ensure they have a full understanding of each component of the trip prior to departure
- Serve as the liaison between Group Coordinators and internal EF Go Ahead departments by initiating and following up on group requests
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product, processes, and internal systems
