We are in search of an organized and detailed Virtual Assistant to support our VP & Partner, Susan Chen. Scheduling Intro Talks ? Update website events ? Maintain client info in Pipedrive CRM ? Coordinate small projects with partners ? Send out client cards bi-weekly ? Book and confirm courses ? Assist with retreat paperwork & logistics ? Handle invoicing and payment tracking ? Manage online community memberships ? Participate in regular meetings and training sessions ? Assist other leaders as needed In Addition to the Above, the Ideal Candidate Will Have/Be: ? Exceptional attention to detail ? Excellent written and verbal communication ? Highly organized ? A self-starter who can work independently ? Proactive in anticipating needs ? Friendly and welcoming demeanor ? A positive and optimistic attitude ? Open to growth and learning new things ?
