Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound & Outbound Call Management: Execute proven calling strategies to answer all service‑related inquiries promptly, ensuring no customer is left waiting.
  • Overflow Call Handling: Serve as the primary safety net for overflow calls, guaranteeing that every phone rings to a live, knowledgeable representative.

Essential Qualifications

  • Must be a legal resident of Texas and authorized to work in the United States.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with telephone systems and computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, web browsers, and CRM software).
