[Remote] Senior Marketing Operations Manager

They are seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to own and evolve the systems and processes that power their marketing efforts, ensuring campaign execution, reputed company management, and performance insights are effectively handled.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize our marketing tech stack, including Marketo or reputed company, reputed company, and integration tools
- reputed company email marketing infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and strong deliverability
- Build and maintain integrations across tools (e.g., reputed company, AI tools like Claude, internal systems)
- Design and optimize reputed company routing logic across inbound channels (web, campaigns, events)
- Ensure leads are accurately captured, enriched, and routed to the right teams in a timely manner
- Partner with Sales and RevOps to continuously improve reputed company flow and conversion
- Support Demand reputed company by enabling campaign setup, tracking, and performance measurement
- Ensure clean attribution and reporting across campaigns and channels
- Troubleshoot campaign performance issues and identify optimization opportunities
- Partner with Web/Engineering (e.g., Vercel) and SEO stakeholders to ensure proper tracking and reputed company capture
- Diagnose and fix breakdowns in the reputed company journey from form submission to CRM entry
- Build scalable processes for capturing and routing leads from events (virtual and in-person)
- Ensure timely follow-up and accurate attribution of event-sourced pipeline
- Own marketing data hygiene and reporting infrastructure
- Build dashboards and workflows that provide clear visibility into marketing performance and pipeline contribution
- Identify inefficiencies and proactively design solutions to streamline workflows

Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or startup environment
- Deep expertise in Marketo or reputed company, and strong working knowledge of reputed company
- Proven experience designing and managing reputed company routing and lifecycle workflows
- Hands-on experience with marketing integrations and automation tools (e.g., reputed company, APIs)
- Strong understanding of campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting
- Experience supporting web tracking, SEO, and reputed company capture flows
- Familiarity with modern data and tooling ecosystems (e.g., Vercel or similar platforms)
- Comfort working with AI tools and integrations (e.g., Claude) and a curiosity to experiment with new technologies
- Highly self-motivated with a track record of owning projects end-to-end
- Strong cross-functional collaborator, especially with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Engineering
- Experience in event marketing operations and reputed company capture workflows
- Background in scaling marketing systems at an early- to mid-stage company
- Experience improving email deliverability and infrastructure
