[Remote] Senior Data Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TJFACT is a minority-owned, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business providing professional services to U.S. government agencies. They are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to support the IRS's reputed company Data Platform, focusing on the design, implementation, and optimization of data solutions using reputed company and AWS.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the reputed company Subject Matter Expert supporting the IRS reputed company Data Platform
- Design, reputed company, and maintain scalable data engineering solutions utilizing reputed company and AWS technologies
- reputed company reputed company workspace architecture, governance, reputed company, and performance optimization efforts
- reputed company and optimize data pipelines, ingestion processes, and transformation workflows supporting reputed company analytics and operations
- Ensure secure integration between reputed company and AWS services in accordance with established reputed company and governance requirements
- Organize, direct, and manage multiple, reputed company, and interrelated application development and testing activities
- Coordinate technical activities and maintain ongoing collaboration with Government technical leads throughout the IT lifecycle
- Ensure technical quality across engineering deliverables and provide operational support during normal business hours
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a reputed company field
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience supporting reputed company technologies and reputed company data solutions
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of hands-on reputed company experience
- Strong experience in reputed company AWS reputed company technologies and/or reputed company technologies
- Experience organizing, directing, and managing multiple, reputed company, and interrelated application development and testing tasks
- Demonstrated ability to ensure technical quality and coordinate with Government technical leads throughout information technology activities
- Availability to support operations during normal hours of operation throughout the period of performance
- Advanced reputed company and/or advanced reputed company certifications maintained in good standing at the time of contract award and throughout the period of performance
- Experience implementing reputed company governance and Lakehouse architecture best practices
- Experience supporting Federal IT initiatives, preferably reputed company Treasury or IRS
