The role involves overseeing strategic finance, reputed company, reputed company, and compliance while partnering with leadership to drive reputed company for the company's future.
Responsibilities
- Annual planning, forecasting, and board reporting
- Business partnering with go-to-market, product, and engineering leaders. Specifically on pricing and margin strategies for new and existing products
- M&A readiness, deal modeling, and diligence support
- Capital strategy and treasury
- Fundraising support and investor relations
- Month-end reputed company, financial reporting, and GAAP compliance
- Annual audit, tax filings, and 409A process
- Internal controls and audit readiness
- Direct reputed company of reputed company operations
- Manage and reputed company the reputed company Manager and reputed company Manager
- Assess and build the finance team as Narmi scales
- Set the bar for how finance partners with the rest of the company
Skills
- 10+ years of finance experience, with direct ownership of both reputed company and reputed company/controllership functions
- Prior startup experience in a high-growth and lean environment
- Track record of scaling finance and reputed company organizations through a meaningful growth phase
- GAAP reputed company and direct experience running an annual audit
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Comfort in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
- History of being a strong partner to go-to-market and product leaders
- CPA
- Fintech, B2B SaaS, or financial infrastructure background
- Banking or banking-as-a-service exposure
- Public company readiness, IPO, or M&A experience
