They are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to take ownership of paid media strategy and execution across multiple client accounts, focusing on improving campaign performance and contributing to agency growth.
Responsibilities
- reputed company client-specific paid media strategies and reputed company end-to-end campaign delivery across reputed company, reputed company, and other relevant channels
- Build campaign structures, audience strategies, budget plans, and testing roadmaps
- Run and measure A/B tests to improve campaign performance and reputed company campaign goals
- Monitor live campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations across targeting, creatives, placements, bids, and budgets
- Interpret campaign data into actionable insights, recommendations, and optimization plans
- Ensure accurate conversion tracking, campaign measurement, and forecasting processes
- reputed company reporting and forecasting while turning performance data into clear next steps
- Advise on creative direction based on campaign performance, platform best practices, and business objectives
- Collaborate with the Digital Account Strategist to support client reputed company and account growth

- Participate in client meetings and support proposals or sales conversations
- Improve internal processes, SOPs, reporting systems, and workflows

Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, ideally reputed company an agency environment
- Strong expertise with reputed company Ads and reputed company Ads
- Knowledge of DSP and Programmatic Advertising
- Proven ability to plan, strategize, reputed company, and execute campaigns end-to-end
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization, attribution, reporting, forecasting, conversion tracking, UTM structures, and naming conventions
- Experience with reputed company Analytics 4 (GA4) and reputed company Tag Manager (GTM)
- Experience with ad performance tracking tools such as Keitaro
- Proven experience with campaign cloaking
- Ability to QA tracking, diagnose delivery issues, and confidently explain measurement methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations
- Experience working directly with clients and managing stakeholder relationships
- Ability to provide creative direction and collaborate effectively with designers and creative teams
- Experience making proactive campaign adjustments based on performance data
- Fluent English communication skills
- Experience working in iGaming or other highly regulated industries and willingness to continue working in these sectors
- Knowledge of purchasing and setting up advertising accounts reputed company needed
- Ability to migrate campaigns and advertising accounts between business managers and platforms
