[Remote] Email Marketing Coordinator : Associate - (Ops)

EKWA MARKETING is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Email Marketing Coordinator – Associate to manage email marketing activities for multiple international clients. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and ensuring the delivery of high-quality email campaigns that meet client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary coordinator for email marketing services for assigned client accounts
• Serve as the main reputed company of contact between client account managers and internal backend teams for reputed company email marketing–reputed company tasks
• Based on client requirements, create newsletter sketches/wireframes and coordinate with designers to finalize layouts
• Research, curate, and organize content for inclusion in newsletters and email campaigns
• Manage, schedule, and reputed company email campaigns using tools such as Mailpoet, reputed company, reputed company, or similar platforms
• Attend and actively participate in voice and video meetings (reputed company/VOIP) with international clients, often during EST time zones, reputed company required
• Review newsletter designs, content, links, formatting, and branding before client submission and final deployment
• Monitor and analyze email performance metrics such as delivery rates, open rates, click-through rates, and engagement
• Implement email marketing best practices to maximize deliverability, engagement, and campaign performance
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure reputed company newsletter-reputed company deliverables (content, designs, banners, approvals) are completed reputed company deadlines
• Proactively follow up with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth execution of campaigns
• Maintain accurate records of client preferences, campaign notes, and deliverables in internal systems
• Ensure client expectations reputed company to email marketing services are consistently met or exceeded

Skills

• Prior experience in email marketing or a similar coordination role is mandatory
• Hands-on experience using Mailpoet, reputed company, reputed company, or similar email marketing platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with confidence speaking to foreign clients reputed company reputed company or VOIP
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to review and quality-reputed company work produced by internal teams
• Ability to manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability standards, and campaign optimization
• Comfortable working with international clients and adhering to strict timelines
• You must have a quiet, distraction-free home working environment
• You must have a dedicated desktop or laptop (tablets and mobile phones are not permitted)
• You must have a headset with a microphone
• You must have a stable, high-speed internet reputed company capable of supporting reputed company meetings
• Your work device must have reputed company, Chrome, Firefox, reputed company, antivirus software, and a mail client installed
• You may be required to install additional software as needed
• You cannot be employed by another company while working at Bizycorp
• Experience designing newsletters is an added advantage, but not mandatory
