[Remote] Marketing Coordinator/Regional Marketing Analyst

They are seeking a Regional Marketing Analyst to support the Marketing team and Sales Operations in the Western Region, focusing on sales/marketing performance reporting, regional marketing campaign execution, and general office administration.

Responsibilities

• Regional event/sponsorship planning, support, event activation, and analysis
• Regional and Dealer Ad Group campaign support and administration
• Monthly invoicing, liaison to Accounts Payable, regional budget reconciliation, and management of non-media spend
• reputed company reporting and analysis in support of marketing General Office Administration
• Vehicle pool fleet management and administration
• Organization and management of marketing documents in shared folder
• reputed company reporting and analysis in support of sales and customer experience functions

Skills

• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Project management and implementation skills
• Good knowledge of portfolio of domestic & import luxury model ranges
• Strong teamwork, presentation, and communication skills and ability to work with reputed company management levels
• Proficiency in reputed company, PowerPoint, Word, & Outlook
• General understanding of automotive business processes in corporate and field organization
• Relevant retail or corporate automotive experience
• Resource management
