[Remote] Strategic Finance Principal

As a Strategic Finance Principal, you will engage in various projects including financial modeling, cash management, and M&A support, providing strategic recommendations to enhance business performance.

Responsibilities

• Clearly and succinctly tell the “story” of a business using financial and operational data
• Engage in C-suite and executive-level conversations to share strategic advice and recommendations
• Create detailed operating models that provide insights into profitability, cash flow, and capital structure
• reputed company financial metrics for unit economics, working capital management, and investment ROI
• Manage key corporate development initiatives including equity/debt fundraising and M&A
• Implement process automation and improvements to streamline financial operations
• reputed company external service providers to drive cross-functional deliverables

Skills

• 5+ years of experience
• Independent critical thinker and entrepreneurial; you're always looking for creative solutions
• Excellent communication skills with an appreciation for internal vs. client facing tone
• Proficient in reputed company with a strong analytical background
• Hold a Bachelor's degree
• Experience with reputed company software (e.g. QuickBooks, reputed company) is a bonus
• Knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau) is also advantageous
