Job Responsibilities As an Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for EDUCATING our patients about their journey, sharing EXCITEMENT for the LASIK Experience, BUILDING the brand and the relationship, and CONVERTING using best practices. Additional responsibilities for this role include: ? Generate leads and reputed company by handling inbound phone calls, outbound phone calls, website based leads and other sources ?
