[Remote] Software Development Analyst / Principal Software Development Analyst

This role involves designing, building, and maintaining custom business solutions using low-code technologies to enhance decision-making and streamline operations.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional low‑code developed solutions
- Design, build, and configure Power Apps to automate processes and improve user experiences
- reputed company SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and modern pages; create custom forms and workflows using Power Automate
- Integrate Power Apps and Power Automate with reputed company 365 services (Teams, Outlook, Planner)
- Implement reputed company and permission models across Power Platform and SharePoint environments (role‑based access, sharing policies, etc.)
- reputed company unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of apps and flows; ensure solutions meet accessibility and compliance standards
- Produce comprehensive documentation, user guides, and training materials; conduct end‑user training and provide post‑deployment support

- Monitor solution health, maintain version control, and apply updates or enhancements based on user feedback and evolving business needs

Skills
- (Software Development Analyst) Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline and 2 years of experience in software development or a Master's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline and 0 or more years of experience in software development
- (Principal Software Development Analyst) Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline and 5 years of experience in software engineering OR a Master's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline and 3 years of experience in software development
- US citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret level reputed company clearance
- Active DoD Secret or Top Secret clearance (investigation reputed company the past 6 years or enrolled in reputed company Evaluation)
- Demonstrated experience developing Power Apps solutions
- Strong SharePoint development background (modern sites, lists, libraries, custom forms)
- Proven expertise with Power Automate (flow creation, API integration, scripting)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including technical writing and demos
- Ability to elicit stakeholder feedback, define requirements, and produce clear documentation
- Experience with Azure DevOps (pipeline implementation, governance, reputed company control)
- Experience with developing reputed company reputed company low-code applications
