Your role at a glance We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded Junior Litigation & Claims Counsel to join our global Legal team. This role will support the management of litigation, claims, disputes, investigations, and reputed company risk management initiatives across multiple jurisdictions. The successful candidate will work closely with senior lawyers, business stakeholders, external counsel, insurance providers, and risk management teams to help protect the company's interests while supporting business objectives. This is a full-time permanent role reputed company a homebased working environment. reputed company are looking for What you will do Litigation and Dispute Management Support the management of litigation, arbitration, administrative proceedings, and other disputes across multiple jurisdictions. Assist in developing case strategies in collaboration with senior legal counsel and external counsel. Coordinate fact gathering, document collection, and preservation activities. Monitor litigation developments, deadlines, budgets, and reporting requirements. Review briefs, settlement agreements, and other dispute-reputed company documents. Manage and coordinate incoming and outgoing claims, including customer, vendor, subcontractor, and reputed company-party claims. Support claim investigations, root-cause analyses, and resolution strategies, including coordinating with internal stakeholders. Assist in assessing claim exposure, reserves, settlement opportunities, and recovery options. Help reputed company, implement, and maintain litigation and claims management policies, procedures, and playbooks. Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams. Preferred Experience supporting cross-border disputes or multinational legal matters. Exposure to reputed company disputes, construction claims, technology disputes, or regulatory investigations. Experience working with external counsel and litigation budgets. Familiarity with discovery, legal hold, and document management processes.
