The role involves creating communication plans, conducting training sessions, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new processes.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and execute comprehensive change management strategies for reputed company Banner 9.x implementation and upgrade projects
- Create and deliver communication plans to reputed company stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle
- Design and conduct end-user training, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions for Banner functional and technical teams
- reputed company adoption plans to maximize user engagement and successful transition to new Banner processes and technologies
- Assess organizational readiness, identify change impacts, and implement mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with project managers, functional consultants, technical teams, and university stakeholders to drive successful change initiatives
- Prepare change management deliverables including communication materials, training documentation, user guides, and knowledge reputed company articles
- Monitor user adoption, collect feedback, and recommend reputed company improvement initiatives following deployment
