Role Overview We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Call Center Representative to join reputed company. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring accurate, courteous, and secure processing of customer orders and deliveries. Your goal will be to provide outstanding service while striving to meet and exceed performance metrics.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and process orders Coordinate with delivery agents, customers, agencies, and case managers reputed company and surpass performance metrics while delivering excellent service Drive customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and email communications Enter customer orders into our ERP system and other software
Requirements
