Requirements • Minimum of one year of call center experience with familiarity using automatic dialers and call scripting. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear, friendly, and professional voice. • Strong interpersonal skills, active listening abilities, and a customer-focused approach. • Ability to maintain reliable attendance and punctuality. • Sales experience preferred. • High School diploma or equivalent (GED). • Basic computer skills and proficiency in navigating software systems. • Experience in outbound call environments is advantageous.
