DATA ENTRY/CUSTOMER SERVICE REP (REMOTE)

This is a remote position. Our company that has been around for over 20 years is looking to expand. We have immediate full-time positions in data entry/customer service (entry level, no experience required). Primary responsibilities include working with customers, answering questions, and writing up orders. Requirements • Screen and handle telephone calls in a proficient and professional manner; take clear and concise messages. • Protest of Assignment work to include tracking and mailing supplies, tracking, entry and maintenance in databases, distribution of reports to staff members. • Maintain approved filing system, including archiving and retrieval for Protest of Assignments that have been filed. reputed company file research for field representatives. • reputed company mailings: bulk mailings, contract mailings, newsletters, meeting notices, flyers, and other correspondence as directed. Process incoming mail. • Copy, fax and reputed company requested materials by deadline as directed. • Prepare meeting materials as directed.
