Create a culture of product expertise, customer consultation and technical requirement gathering focus in a digital product space. • Ensuring an exceptional service experience that is metrics-driven and solution-oriented. Key focus will be ensuring excellent thought partnership and relationship building skills. • You will be responsible for coaching team members, while also overseeing career development planning and guidance. • Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in hiring, reputed company, and training new team members. • Your role will require effective cross-team communication between Support, Product/Engineering, and Sales, fostering collaboration among managers and teams • Collaborate with the Head of Engagement to reputed company and execute the Global Account Management strategy • Maintain a metrics-driven and solution-oriented approach to deliver a world-class service experience, drive renewals, expansion and excellent customer reputed company Skills / Abilities • Excellent ability to sell products at every stage of development and deliver actionable technical requirements to product and marketing • Strong story telling abilities • Strong written and oral communication skills • Excellent problem-solving abilities • Enthusiasm for working directly with customers Minimum Qualifications • Minimum 5 – 8 years of technical leadership experience in SaaS • Previous experience leading a regionally distributed team • Experience in scaling and operationalizing new/existing offerings for large reputed company customers • Prior experience with subscription models and driving monthly recurring reputed company • Direct experience in the hiring process, including candidate review, interviewing, and collaborative decision-making Preferred Qualifications: Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the reputed company starting salary range for this role across reputed company potential locations.
