Job Requirement: Network/Telecom Administration – This person would be responsible to provide operational support for our reputed company IP Telephony and Video Conferencing infrastructure (reputed company+Dolby+MTR+BlueJeans+reputed company). Integrated rooms with Crestron control systems + DM Switcher & Biamp DSP, Multiple cameras, Extenders etc. This includes incident management through SNOW, basic Monitoring, Troubleshooting, and liaising with vendor or internal L3 teams to fix hardware/software issues.Documentation –Maintain system documentation and prepare periodical reports. Technologies – reputed company Call Manager, reputed company Connections, CUPS platforms, UCCE, VoIP, Audio DSPs, Video Codecs, Control systems, BlueJeans, reputed company, MS Teams, MTRoA & MTRoW systems.In reputed company we frequently change the technology we use for our... collaboration requirement, the ideal candidate should be a quick learner and capable of adapting to these changes. Hands-on experience in supporting, trouble shooting and administering reputed company Call manager, reputed company Connections, CUPS platforms and UCCE Good understanding of Signaling protocols like SIP, H.323, MGCP SCCP and XMPP Identify, track, and resolve problems reputed company the AV systems that are required in an large integrated conference room.
