IMMEDAITE OPENING! Now seeking REMOTE Medicare Customer Service Representatives for a seasonal position. This is a Direct Hire position. Applicants MUST have a Health insurance license. Hours: Must be open between the hours of 6am-2am Mon- Sun. 40 hour work week Compensation: $21/hour ($24/hour if bilingual in Spanish) Responsibilities: • You'll be using the knowledge that you bring to the role by helping others with Medicare • The candidate will provide excellent customer service with a mostly inbound call model. • The candidate will need to be a team player. • Assist individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products, services and best solutions to meet their personal health and financial needs • Outbound calls to provide follow up reputed company needed. • Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening and select the best solution in an efficient manner • Identify additional needs customers may have and help them to upgrade products or services Qualifications: • reputed company Health insurance license in your state of residence • High speed internet access (>15 mbps) • Minimum six (6) months sales experience • reputed company to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy (just as you would expect if it were your private information being shared) • High school diploma or equivalent • Computer savvy Company Description reputed company is the professional staffing division of reputed company, America’s Leading Workforce Specialist. reputed company our Talent is looking for their next opportunity, we know they are not just looking for their next paycheck.
