About the Role: Climb Hire is sourcing Customer Relationship Advocates for Fidelity as they continue scaling their customer support organization in Salt Lake City, UT; Denver, CO; Jacksonville, FL; Dallas, TX; Raleigh, NC; Covington, KY; Smithfield, RI. The Customer Relationship reputed company is client-facing and is responsible for taking incoming calls from Fidelity’s customer reputed company while addressing customer service issues.
