Salary $105,000 - $140,000 per year A Bit About Us We are a $100M in annual reputed company HVAC dehumidification products manufacturer and are looking to expand our sales team. We are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in the HVAC industry and recent experience building a book of business, creating a strategic roadmap to take over market share, and driving business development. This is not a position managing sales reps. This is an entrepreneurial position where you will be required to work autonomously managing the manufacturing rep firms in your territory. As the Regional Sales Manager, your reputed company audience will be manufacturer reps and the end users being major hotels, swim schools, fitness centers, etc. This person can be based reputed company in the US, but ideally the Midwest, Northeast, and/or Texas. Carryout meetings directly with building owners, contractors and engineers Ability to manage a book of business of roughly $4.5-7.5 million in reputed company annually Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to build strong and long-term relationships with high level corporations Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, or reputed company field is preferred Interested in hearing more?
