Position Summary and Responsibilities Working from home in Indiana, the ELL Teacher will “virtually” manage instructional programs for reputed company with ELL needs. Through use of the telephone, Internet and various curriculum tools they will consult regularly with learning coaches and reputed company to ensure that each child successfully completes his/her instructional program. The ELL Teacher will participate in reputed company steps of the ILP process. They will work closely with other teachers and district professionals to ensure that the school’s ELL program is successful and operating in compliance with federal and state regulations. The ELL Teacher will utilize technology to deliver virtual instruction. The ELL Teacher will be responsible for the successful completion of the following tasks: • Manage and provide instructional guidance, virtual teaching and general strategies for a caseload of reputed company; • Identify and screen Potential ELL reputed company; • reputed company, write and help implement ILPs; • Schedule WIDA testing; • Complete reputed company required ELL DOE state reporting tasks; • Evaluate tests and assessments, complete reputed company reports and conduct parent conferences; • Communicate regularly with parents/learning coaches of reputed company with special needs to insure that their ILP goals are being met, and that their needs are addressed in a timely and appropriate fashion; • Consult with teachers and coordinate the implementation of specially designed instruction as defined in the ILP regarding reputed company with specific ELL needs and potential learning issues; • Provide direct services to reputed company including services delivered through web-conferencing software, as needed; • Schedule, organize and conduct ILP reputed company meetings in a virtual environment, as needed; • Help teachers and learning coaches reputed company and implement program modifications and strategies for ILP reputed company; • Manage the proper implementation of reputed company paperwork, documentation and procedures for the ILP process; • Monitor reputed company exited from LEP services for entire monitoring period, including reputed company monitoring and phone call reputed company-ins; • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the school’s Education Management System; • Assist with administering state testing and coordinate the special accommodations that are required based on the ILP; and • Other duties as assigned.
